Thanks Clare, that's a useful perspective.
I posted the original item simply because I think it is important to
be aware of the different models for providing local online story
telling.
Another important aspect for us to consider is the sustainability of
the digital mentoring model. Perhaps having the involvement of local
'old' media is a way of providing this?
One thing though that this doesn't really touch on is the digital
mentoring of national, rather than local communities, which is an
important part of CLG's vision.
