Yes, but that's not particularly unique to local newspapers.  Everyone
from ISPs to the BBC has had a go at doing that.  Worry for the
community groups more than us service providers - we're used to this
turbulent market, whereas some of the groups attracted by this offer
won't be.  But maybe that's just cooperative principle 7 "concern for
community" speaking through me.
