Sorry this is so late in the day; health and technology have been conspiring
against me.
The hastily arranged gathering in Birmingham will take place between 6 and
8pm tomorrow (Weds 12 Nov) at The Green Room, Hurst Street,

It's simply an informal and unofficial meet to try and make a bit more sense
of the CLG's tender prior to their

week.
